Green Monster – High-Production Mobile Sawmill

The Green Monster portable sawmill brings together the best features of Vallée’s 25 years of innovation and improvement. Built for prolonged and rigorous use, its ergonomic design, increased sawing capacity, and frame rollers allow effortless movement of logs and boards. This sawmill can handle logs up to 89 cm in diameter and a maximum length of 9.5 m, with a frame up to 10.4 m long made from a single piece of jointless tubular steel.

The Green Monster comes standard with 4 levelers and 4 log clamps. This setup allows you to saw two logs simultaneously or saw at the front while edging boards at the back in a single pass. It is also equipped with a hydraulic blade tensioner for quick and easy adjustment. The Green Monster features electric cutting height adjustment and a heavy-duty tubular steel welded frame (50 × 150 × 5 mm), making it extremely sturdy and ensuring precise cuts. The sawmill is powered by a Honda GX630 engine (22 HP), providing reliable performance day after day.
